Our patient portal is an online gateway that allows patients to manage their personal health information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By signing up for our patient portal, you will have access not only to lab and test results, but also have the ability to message your healthcare provider, allow family members to manage your care, refill or request prescriptions, request and schedule appointments, view account balances and pay bills online.

- Select “Sign Up” in the lower Right-hand corner.
- Follow the steps to enter your information, verify your identity, and set your password.
- That’s it! You’re all signed up for patient portal.

While Mansilla Medical offers in person visits, we are excited to offer our patients the flexibility and convenience of Telehealth services through our telehealth portal provided by Athena One. While not appropriate for every ailment, telehealth is an excellent option for many circumstances, such as non-urgent conditions, prescription management for chronic conditions, and post-acute care.
Telehealth visits are a way to see your healthcare provider from the comfort of your own home. Visits are conducted online via your computer or phone, and are similar to a facetime or zoom experience, but with HIPAA and security protections in place.
You will need access to a computer or telephone that has a camera and a microphone so that you can communicate clearly with your healthcare provider.
Your on-line telehealth visit will be completed through our patient portal.
